This is a part-time position.

Job Summary

Full Charge Bookkeepeer with excellent understanding of all aspects of bookkeeping and payroll. This is a public accounting firm. Bookkeeper must be able to multi-task as needed between clients as well as answer phones. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Update books on a weekly basis, interact with client as needed.Must fully understand QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Reconciliation of accounts, review of financials, run payroll, process payroll taxes, process quarterly payroll reports, must be organized and able to maintain without supervision and be bondable.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have at least 5 years bookkeeping experience, understand all aspects of bookkeeping. Prefer an individual with a 4 year degree in accounting but experience is most important. Work well with other staff members. Be able to communicate well with co-workers and clients.
