This is a part-time position.
Under the guidance of the Franchise Partner, the Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper performs a wide range of administrative and bookkeeping duties.
- Manage incoming bills
- Make deposits
- Check mail
- Prepare thank you cards and mail-outs
- Manage the purchasing of office supplies
- Assist Franchise Partner as needed
- Complete reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking).
- Participate in the company's “Everybody Sells” mentality by answering phones an assisting customers when the sales team in unavailable
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
This Project is seeking consultants.
