A company is seeking a part-time bookkeeper and administrative/marketing assistant to help facilitate the company's growth.
- General office administrative duties
- Travel planning
- File Maintenance
- Inbound and Outbound calls as necessary
- Some customer service responsibilities as needed.
- Social media
- Content curation
- Basic graphic art capabilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting role
- Extensive Quickbooks experience
- Strongly desire Bill.com experience
- Reconciliation of all accounts
- AP, AR
- Payroll and payroll taxes
- Sales and use tax
- Property taxes
- Extensive experience using Excel and Word
- End of year tax preparation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Able to work in faced paced, sometimes stressful small business environment
- Degree strongly preferred
