A company is seeking a part-time bookkeeper and administrative/marketing assistant to help facilitate the company's growth.

General Duties: 

  • General office administrative duties
  • Travel planning
  • File Maintenance
  • Inbound and Outbound calls as necessary
  • Some customer service responsibilities as needed.

Marketing Assistance: 

  • Social media
  • Content curation
  • Basic graphic art capabilities


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting role
  • Extensive Quickbooks experience
  • Strongly desire experience
  • Reconciliation of all accounts
  • AP, AR
  • Payroll and payroll taxes
  • Sales and use tax
  • Property taxes
  • Extensive experience using Excel and Word
  • End of year tax preparation
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Able to work in faced paced, sometimes stressful small business environment
  • Degree strongly preferred

This Project is seeking consultants.
