Responsibilities and Duties
Create new QuickBooks company files
Setup chart of accounts
Reconcile bank accounts
Run and translate financial docs
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Must have good mathematical, analytical and conceptual skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding follow-up/follow-through with clients
- Ability to multitask in a highly efficient way
- Ability to prioritize your time and tasks, and to successfully meet deadlines
