Responsibilities and Duties
Data entry posting transactions to Quickbooks
Reconciling bank statements
Quarterly Payroll report preparation
Spreadsheet preparation and updating
Receiving, copying and managing client records
Communicating with clients
Prepare checks and bank deposits
Qualifications and Skills
Require 5 years of General Office and bookkeeping experience
Extensive experience with Quickbooks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of individual tax returns
Requires excellent communication skills
Requires professional confidentiality
This Project is seeking consultants.
